Shortly after arriving in The Villages we recognized a need for a quality home watch service at an affordable price for Villagers
who are away for a whole season or taking an extended vacation. In June, 2003 we entered this business with a simple mission of ....

We carry out this mission every day and it has provided us with very successful and gratifying accomplishments.
We monitor each home on a weekly basis utilizing a detailed check list to achieve a high level of consistency. Results of our findings are reported
via e-mail a minimum of once per month. Items not needing immediate attention are sent via e-mail as they occur. More urgent items are handled with
a phone call immediately. We believe that keeping you informed of what is happening with your home is of utmost importance. We have a large list of
service providers that are called upon when needed. We are bonded and insured.

Shipping Program
As a convenience to our clients, we are offering a shipping program:
While you are away from The Villages, we will accept packages (No more than 50 pounds) at our home address for delivery
to your home. If you order a new product or need to ship items to your villages home you can have them sent to our address and we will insure it gets
delivered to your home on the next scheduled visit. The fee for this service is $10 per package. We cannot be responsible for any damages or replacement
of items caused by the delivery service; however, we will make you aware by e-mail or phone if we see any obvious damage.
